(1)Foreign enterprises in Zhenjiang New Area are exempt from capacity expanding fee.

(2)If enterprises need to have transformers installed, the power supply department is supposed to take care of the installation. For the installation charges, please refer to “National-uniform Budgetary Norms for Installation Projects------Unit Schedule of Prices in Jiangsu Province ” issued by the Construction Department, Jiangsu Province .

(3)Jiangsu provincial uniform electricity selling prices are adopted in Zhenjiang New Area. Big industry time-sharing prices are applied to those enterprises whose capacity of transformers is over 315 KVA while general industry electricity prices are applied to those whose capacity of transformers is less than 315 KVA.

1、Commercial lighting covers: clients who are engaged in commodity exchange and provide compensable service, etc., including (1) commercial distribution, such as markets, shops, wholesale centers, supermarkets, gas stations, etc.; (2) material distribution and storage, such as goods and material distribution companies, warehouses, etc.; (3) service, such as hotels, restaurants, hostels, travel services, cafes, teahouses, beauty salons and barber's, public bathrooms, leisure centers, etc.; (4) places of culture and recreation, such as fee collected tourist attractions, parks, cinemas, video halls, recreational machine halls, gymnasiums, bowling halls, swimming pools, singing and dancing halls, etc.; (5)repairing and maintenance; (6)other trades and services, such as laundering and dyeing shops, photo studios, etc.

2、Other lighting refers to the original non-domestic lighting clients excluding clients listed in note 1.

3、Prices of electricity for elevators in residential buildings, water pumps, central air-conditioners, staircase lighting, etc. and preferential prices of electricity for urban residents' daily life.

4、For big industry power consumption in Xuzhou Bureau of , 0.017 yuan/kilowatt-hour( collected for the National Power Construction Fund ) will not be collected. 0.02 yuan/kilowatt-hour (collected for the National Power Construction Fund ) will not be collected for non-industrial power consumption, general industry power consumption and chemical fertilizers ( e. g. nitrogenous fertilizer, potassic fertilizer and compound fertilizer with licenses issued by the Ministry of Chemical Industry) in big industry except chemical fertilizer enterprises under the direct jurisdiction of the Province
