According to the State Council Order No. 369, which took effect on July 1, 2003 , the standards for collecting solid-wastes and dangerous solid-wastes discharging fees are as follows:
(1)Industrial solid wastes discharging fees will be collected at a time to those who do not have special storage or disposal facilities and those whose storage or disposal facilities are not up to the environment protection standards. Standards for the collection of the fees are: smelting cinders, 25 yuan/ton; flyash, 30 yuan/ton; coal cinders, 25 yuan/ton; coal gangues, 5 yuan/ton; mine tailings, 15 yuan/ton; other dregs (including semi-solid and liquid wastes), 25 yuan/ton.
(2)For enterprises who dispose dangerous wastes by means of burying and fail to conform to relevant stipulations of the government, they will be charged 1,000 yuan/ton.
Dangerous wastes refer to those listed in the national catalogue of dangerous wastes or those wastes that are recognized to be dangerous through dangerous wastes discrimination standards and discrimination methods.
